ULG is a multicultural workplace as we have students and faculty members from many different countries and backgrounds. We strive to provide an empowering workplace. Our students are key to our success. We provide flexible working hours to our staff members and enjoy celebrating different festivals at our campuses to make our students feel like they are a part of the Australian community. We provide free healthy meals and snack options to staff members on occasions.

Staff engagement and participation is kept at high levels through events organized by ULG on behalf of the staff. These functions are conducted on a monthly basis.
​TALENT SUSTAINABILITY
ULG believes in talent sustainability, which means we teach students and give them job opportunities because we believe in retaining the talent of students. We help students to develop their skills and brighten their futures with our professional courses, such as our barista courses with real work environment. After completing the course students can have a chance to work in one of our cafeterias.
